Education and Experience:
· Expertise in field services management
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist with the completion of open incident tickets related to ServiceNow
· Participate in meetings related to ServiceNow Strategy, including, where appropriate, assisting customer in defining a ServiceNow roadmap
· Work to complete assigned deliverables at customer's direction - this may involve arranging meetings with key contacts across the organization to determine requirements and translating requirements into recommendations and configured solutions
· Use workshop days to do implementation work with the development team
· Ability to provide solid guidance to the development team
