The Services Supply team, within the Supply team is a unique, multidisciplinary team that focuses on developing new services for ***.
We ideate, prototype, and deliver new hosted Services that grow ***’s business, develop and steward the ***’s high quality bar for best in class, curated Services, and collaborate with current and new types of Hosts to create exceptional hosted Services that provide a seamless travel experience for our guests around the world.
The Difference You Will Make:
The Services Supply Lead supports the development, acquisition and onboarding of Services Supply on ***.
These projects vary in type, scope, and complexity and will include sourcing of supply leads, engaging supply vendors and providers, targeted acquisition efforts, and acquisition management through the *** supply funnel. All of this work will support our efforts to deliver high quality supply across a wide range of markets.
This role will report to the Supply Lead, Services Supply and will work remotely, based in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York City.
This action oriented, organized, and passionate individual will support teams and projects to bring new ideas to life, creating high quality Services that ensure a seamless and delightful travel journey for our guests all around the world.

Skills:
- Supply Category Strategy: Lead project strategy and planning for specific Hosted Service categories in alignment with team, leadership and company goals.
- Project Management: Execute on the end-to-end production of multiple supply acquisition projects to ensure successful delivery aligned with the intended vision, scope, timeline and resources.
- Visual Communication: Produce clear and compelling visual communications and presentations, pitches and updates to senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Inspire and drive collaboration across a diverse array of stakeholders and senior leadership, align goals, exchange ideas, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Vendor management: Work in partnership to coordinate and manage production professionals to support in the production of Services concepts as needed.
- Project documentation: Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including project briefs, schedules, budgets, estimates, resource plans, and status updates.
- Stakeholder communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across team members and stakeholders – including senior leadership – providing regular project updates and proactively flagging any issues or blockers
- Industry awareness: Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in experiential entertainment and travel industries, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes
Inclusivity: - Foster a respectful, supportive, and inclusive environment where all team members and stakeholders feel safe and empowered to do their best work
- 12+ years’ experience in operations management, analytics, consulting, or sales operations
- Experience with management of outside vendors to execute on production or acquisition targets.
- Ability to coordinate, create and drive Schedules, Budgets, scope documents, deliverables and production support needs for projects.
- Excellent project management, mentorship, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of inspiring diverse, cross functional project teams to achieve their best work
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships of trust and collaboration across internal and external teams, including a broad spectrum of creative, technical, and business disciplines
- Understanding of the digital development process, with prior experience collaborating with mobile app design, product, and engineering teams
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts in compelling terms to audiences at all levels, and articulate creative solutions to complex challenges
- Ability to direct and ensure consistently high-quality technical deliverables of a producing team, including project budgets, resource plans, timelines, etc.
- Incredible organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills with an ability to set priorities, problem-solve, and work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
