What You'll be Doing:
As a Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the cornerstone of our operations. You will be one of the primary points of contact between our customers and field technicians, playing a crucial role in ensuring efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing service calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Optimize service call schedules to meet daily revenue targets and maximize technician efficiency.
Provide real-time information and support to field technicians to facilitate effective service delivery.
Process service requests and prepare detailed paperwork for escalated service calls.
Educate and assist customers in selecting services and products that best meet their needs.
Organize, prioritize, and assign incoming customer orders to available technicians, ensuring fair and efficient distribution.
Conduct follow-ups with customers to gauge satisfaction and address any remaining concerns, fostering positive relationships and loyalty.
What Makes You Great:
Ability to work independently.
Proficient in using ServiceTitan software, data entry, and typing skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatch or a call center environment, with a proven track record of leadership and initiative.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A friendly and outgoing personality, with a customer-first approach to all interactions.
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to manage complex situations effectively.
Willingness to learn and adapt to the specific needs of our business, including prioritizing urgent customer calls.
Strong administrative abilities and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to pass a background check.
