Job Title : Set Top Box Tester
Location : Downingtown, PA
Position Type : Contract
Rate : DOE $/30hr on W2
Interview : Phone then Face to Face
Provision triple-play devices including set top (cable) boxes, DTAs, cable modems, and EMTAs into the billing (CSG, AMDOCS/DDP) and device controllers (DAC, DNCS, DTACS, CASMR).

Provision triple-play devices including set top (cable) boxes, DTAs, cable modems, and EMTAs into the billing (CSG, AMDOCS/DDP) and device controllers (DAC, DNCS, DTACS, CASMR).
Responsibilities
- Be able to provision CPE devices on the controller and into the billing
- Regularly upgrade devices in the lab including rack and stack
- Communicate clearly and intelligibly with production back-office
Skills/Qualifications
Must Have
- Experience in setting up real device and provisioning in lab environment
- Knowledge of CPE devices, MIBs, OIDs, SNMP, TR-069,
- Basic Networking knowledge, Routers, Provisioning and activation of devices
- Experience in CSG & AMDOCS Billing systems
- Java Development experience
Additional
- Scripting Language (Groovy, Python, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Shell/Bash)
- Web Development Experience (JSP or JSF)
- Java Unit Testing Experience (Junit, TestNG)
- REST using JSON or XML
- Database Experience (Mysql, Oracle)
