We are looking for a Setting Sales Processor responsible for data review and disclosure package.
Your specific duties will include:
- Filing review once received in Processing Center.
- Ensuring all documents are completed before the file is forwarded for sale.
- Rejecting files that have not been properly documented.
- Ensuring that the rejected files have been updated and sent back for review.
- Checking for receipt of all disclosures, proper dates, and signatures, documents remained unchanged since the initial review.
- Knowledge of basic loan application completion skills.
- 1-2 years' experience in the mortgage business is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
