Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Setup Crew Member. He or she will ensure the highest level of detail for our room setups and breakdowns. This team member will work as an integral part of a dedicated professional team, reporting to work as scheduled and in proper uniform following the club’s personal appearance standards.
The ideal candidate has some supervisor experience that includes knowledge of basic contract reading, and equipment setup. Team members will work both individually and as part of a group. Candidates must have the physical ability to perform all aspects of this job (lifting, standing, bending, etc.), must be reliable and trustworthy, and must pay attention to detail and take pride in their work.
Schedule: mostly afternoons/nights, but must be flexible.
Responsibilities
- Room setup and room organization
- Ensuring the house is in order - furniture and AV setup is done as contracts notes
- Eye for detail
- Must assist other departments as needed
- Good communication skills
- Gives recognition to members
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of banquet contracts
- Safety and customer service oriented
- Able to follow spoken and written instructions
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
