Proactively Engage Customers to identify Business Process Improvement areas and suggest alternate solutions to deploy the improvement Capability creation within the organization both on the Domain and the Package Should be able tomentor a min of two projects simultaneously for solution design demonstrated advanced core consulting skills in one of the domains - Hitech/ Manufacturing/Telecom Mentor consulting and delivery staff contributing to their professional development Work with Business Development to participate in the bid processboth in proposal preparation and client presentations creating differentiators vis-a-vis competition

Ability to conduct Consulting engagements, do requirements gathering from customers, understand business need and articulate solutions. Negotiation, Presentation Skills should be apt to showcase technology depth and breadth of the organization. Ability to map to the right stakeholders, multivendor/practice/party coordination. Proactive approach towards generating downstream business revenue by analyzing the as is business of the customer.Account Mining to generate opportunities.
