Responsibility:
Knowledge Management Motivate and guide the team to implement creative (many times first of a kind) solutions Create an environment suited for failfast approach. Cross training peers and mentoring teammates.
Should be up to date on key technology trends and should be able to device ways to use them in the context of EAS processes.
Training and Recruitment / People Management.
Participate in talent selection of Architects, Sr Architects. Identify, priorities and deploy action items for competency development.
Project Planning and Set up. Understand the business domain and related data/application technical architecture.
Engage with clients to identify new solutions and related business models and discuss long term vision and tailor solution to suit the future needs of the organization.
Understand the various technologies and platforms for the customer and define the strategy migration / retirements etc. create a roadmap for enterprise architecture.
Identify and evaluate new technologies, assess the same and identify areas where these can be mapped for the customer.
Requirement Gathering and Analysis.
Translating business requirements into conceptual and detailed technology solutions. Solution Conceptualization.
Developing and leading proof of concepts projects that help in demonstrating business value from a new technology for customers.
Project Support. Deliver innovative prototypes and pilots in an agile environment leading a diverse team of onsite and offshore resources.
Providing active hands-on architectural guidance and leadership through the entire lifecycle of development projects.
Ensure architecture adherence through blueprint and design reviews and by conducting reviews thought the development cycle as well documenting current state and future state for platform strategy.
Asset Development and Governance.
Deliver innovative prototypes and pilots in an agile environment leading a diverse team of onsite and offshore resources.
Present at various internal innovation events.
Document existing and new cloud architectures.
Business Development Support.
Develop technology roadmaps to support business goals.
Use storytelling to conduct compelling demos/solutions.
Support bill of material development and pricing activities associated with building, proposing, and delivering cloud solutions within the public sector. Alliance Management.
Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with business and IT partners Communicate status to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
IP Building & Management.
Provide technological expertise and advice to IT leadership in the development of strategic information technology plans to support business strategies.
