About the role
• The Share Request Manager will be positioned within the International Health Sharing, Inc dba netWell entity. This fast-paced position will report to the Director of Member and Provider Relations for the healthshare. The Share Request Manager will work daily with sharing requests from, and on behalf of, netWell members.
What you"ll do
• Engages and collaborates with Director of Member and Provider Relations, as well as key
multidisciplinary leaders and teams, to ensure workflows are developed to support the
organization's financial performance.
• Evaluate revenue cycle impacts of proposed initiatives and projects making data-driven
recommendations that promote revenue cycle quality operational efficiency.
• Provides broad revenue cycle informatics expertise to a variety of programs.
• Oversees metrics for success and provides feedback to ensure ongoing improvement.
• Primary point of contact/liaison between the company and the third-party administrator.
• Assess whether share requests are valid, as well as providing guidance and support to ensure timely,
accurate and efficient processing of requests for sharing.
• Prepares reporting and analytics for all sharing related requests, directly to Director of Sharing.
• Processes sharing requests for sharing according to program guidelines.
• Routinely performs audits on share requests to ensure accuracy in processing and repricing.
• Responsible for understanding and adhering to the organization's code of Ethical Conduct and for
ensuring that personal actions and the actions of employees comply with the policies, regulations,
and laws applicable to the organization's business.
• Works closely with under the direction of the Director of Member and Provider Relations.
• Able and willing to pivot easily with growth and changes that may arise
• Able and willing to be flexible in hours of work based on the needs of the department
• Able and willing to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with longer hours in times of need
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the hires direct report
Qualifications
• Certification for Billing and coding
• Five years billing and coding experience
• Bachelor's degree in health care administration preferred or relevant experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Exceptional Oral and written communication skills
• Compliance experience
• Critical thinking skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
