About the role:
As a Woodfords' Shared Living Provider, you are the primary caregiver to an adult with developmental disabilities within the provider's (your own) home. You provide transportation, oversee medical appointments, medication administration and direct care. This program is an alternative to group home living. You will be a key member of the Shared Living program working independently and cooperatively with a treatment team. Your schedule may be flexible allowing you to maintain a work/life balance.
Pay rate as follows: $36,000 annually

Key Qualifications:
- Individuals or Couples
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Higher Education Preferred.
- Valid Maine Driver's License; Valid Automobile Insurance
- Flexibility in schedule
