Description:
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Design, develop, and launch key components of RouteOne's SharePoint site on Office 365 infrastructure. Participate in requirements analysis, design, and rollout of intranet and extranet SharePoint sites for RouteOne.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
1. Design and architect SharePoint sites using best practices.
2. Implement and customize SharePoint-based solutions.
3. Implement SharePoint-based workflows.
4. Create SharePoint sites in hosted and cloud environments using SharePoint 2013.
5. Help define security models and use standards for SharePoint.
6. Create documentation for SharePoint site implementations and provide training for users and site- owners.
7. Document procedures for site-owners to self-manage the site with respect to common functions such as managing user access to the site and granting and revoking access to the content.
8. Provide backup support for local IT team: Active Directory, Exchange, and other network administrator functions.
9. Install, test, and administer enhancements to existing hardware and software.
10. Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:
1. SharePoint 2010/2013 Design and Administration.
2. SharePoint Industry experience 1-3+ years.
3. SharePoint Project implementation experience.
4. Exchange Server Administrator skills.
