Role: Pueo has an opportunity for an experienced TS/SCI cleared SharePoint Administrator to join our team in Washington, DC. The SharePoint administrator is needed to manage our SharePoint in the RMF environment. You will be configuring our Share point platform, adding document libraries, updating creating pages and functionality. To ensure success as a SharePoint administrator, you should exhibit solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and the ability to create a positive experience for end-users. An outstanding SharePoint administrator will be someone whose expertise results in smooth integration and efficient online collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the SharePoint platform, integrating applications, and creating libraries,
- Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions,
- Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions,
- Providing SharePoint support and end-user training,
- Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data,
- Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences,
- Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments and performing version updates and upgrades.
Qualifications:
- An active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly,
- Security+ Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,
- At least 2 years' experience as a SharePoint administrator.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office.
Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks. - Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.​​
Preferred:
- Microsoft SharePoint certification,
- Experience with SharePoint Online and on-Premis and Office 365,
- Familiarity with enterprise search solutions,
- Knowledge of business process automation using 2013 SharePoint workflows,
- Knowledge of Tableau for visualization and data analytics,
- Experience with front facing customer service.
