About the Job
TEKsystems has a client that is looking for a BA for a long term and mostly remote role:
The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of project managers, application programmers, business stakeholders, & vendors to deliver a fully integrated M365 platform. In this role, you are expected to apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.
- Collaborate with program manager & technical service team(s) to ensure products are delivered in coordination with the broader M365 strategy & align with IT architecture.
- Support planning, coordination, communication, implementation, and migration of M365 services to new M365 environment.
- Support managing the roll-out of enhancements & performing operational support.
- Perform as a conduit between MS and technical stakeholders to ensure that widespread incidents are being resolved within the SLA or escalated to Microsoft as needed.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise technology standards, governance processes, and performance metrics to ensure the M365 platform
- Develop strong understanding of applications and how they facilitate business.
- Conduct critical design reviews with team, vendor, and other required IT entities.
- Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas to the development team
Requirements:
Demonstrated technical knowledge of the M365 platform, Active Directory/Azure Active Directory, M365 groups
Demonstrated knowledge of M365 or SAAS & implementations that are consistent with industry standards.
Demonstrated experience leading/supporting an enterprise-wide technology implementation.
Demonstrated ability to understand, design, & translate business requirements to technical UX features.
