Position Objective: 
Develop and implement a customer focused strategic digital marketing plan that exceeds client expectations and enables Shaw Contract to meet our global businessobjectives. The ideal candidate is an innovative marketing leader with experience inleading a team andleveragingdigital tools to drive growth. Utilize an operational mindset to digitalstrategy,websiteandproduct management, guidingthe teamthrough all stages of theprocessworking closely with a cross-organizational team of marketing, design,ITand sales. Define strategic direction, with a clear understanding of how to successfully launch new digital products that improve the user experience. Excellent communication skills are fundamental; they must be able to effectively convey complex concepts across all organizational levels, both internally and with external customers and partners. Strategic and project management roles include the execution of websites, mobile applications, digital product catalogs, intranet portals, newsletters, articles, email campaigns, collateralmaterialsand other essential marketing campaigns. 
  

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and manageourdigitalstrategyandimplementation. 

• Lead, coachand develop our digital, content,communicationand social media team members. 

• Provide thought-leadership on products and experience; promote best-practices, new ideas, in-depth research, to build the Shaw Contract brand. 

• Understand and anticipatemarket requirements and work with internal teams and external vendors to developbusinessanalysis andsolutionswith emphasis on digital leadership. 

• Develop thorough understanding of all commercial division business units and their customers--A&D, end use, dealer, national accountsand international clients--and drive solutions to meet their business needs. 

• Develop roll-out, training and implementation plans for new products and features ensuring tools are leveragedto their full capability. 

• Utilize effective project management when launching new digital products, featuresand tools, exercising sound decision-making abilities. 

• Run data-driven experiments and analysis as well as quality testing to optimizeproducts and inform the strategy. 

• Provide leadership to the team through effective management, coaching, mentoring and career planning. 

• Understand principles of design, user experience and customer experience to drive digital marketing strategies andefforts and ensure alignment withthebrand. 

• Ensure the end productis relevant, brand compliant, and aligned with businessobjectives. 

• Provide strategic recommendations to commercial brand leaders and drive projects to completion. Synthesizes and analyzes data from a variety of sources, including internal sales data and Google Analytics, to inform digital strategy and benchmark performance against targets 

• Implement search engine optimization best practices on all customer-facing websites to ensure year-over-year targeted traffic increase. '

• Develop sound business cases to examine benefits, risks, costsand return on investment for major digital projects. 

• Lead and participatein corporate digital initiatives andestablishrelationships across the organization to ensure commercial strategies are aligned with corporate strategies; fullyleverageexisting investments and reduce overall cost of ownership of digital solutions. 

• Manage capital and expense funds associated with digital strategy, design, and development. 

• Leverage knowledge of demand generation to develop, implement, and optimize paid and organic advertising strategies in conjunction with segment marketing leaders to increase qualified traffic and improve website sample order conversion rate. 

• Collaborate and lead digitalefforts across our portfolio of global websites. 

• Contributing and valued member of the Shaw Contract team.
