ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sheet Metal Manufacturing Safety Manager, you dive into overseeing safety protocols within the sheet metal manufacturing plant each day. You conduct audits, lead training sessions, and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations. Collaborating closely with operations and maintenance teams, you address potential hazards, lead incident investigations, and foster a culture where safety is second nature. The minimum requirements to be considered:

• 2+ years of experience in a safety management role, preferably within manufacturing
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
