About the Job
Our company is All Care Extended Care, a leading Home Health provider for the last 30 years. We provide one-on-one, total patient care.
- Shifts range from 4 to 8 hour per day.
- Pay is $33 per hour with flexible and great assignments near your home.
- Start date can be immediate.

Patient: 23 yrs old male Vent, Trach, Gtube, Quad
Job location: 90805 Long beach CA
Condition: Vent, Trach, Gtube, Quad
Schedule: M-F 3PM - 11PM
Shift:
- All shifts are long-term with guaranteed hours for a stable income.
- Work to as much as 40 hours/week by matching your availability to available shifts in one or more cases, or combining shift care cases with intermittent visits (optional).
- Newly licensed LVNs who are compassionate, highly trainable, and fast learners, and who can commit to continuous child or adult care are welcome to apply.
We offer much higher wages for shifts than any other agencies.

Requirements:
- Nursing License
- CPR certification – front and back.
- SS no.
- Proof of authorization to work, if applicable.
Others:
- TB test.
- COVID-19 test
- Physicals.
- Titers- MMR/Varicella.
- Immunization, optional.

If part-time, we can assign patients around your existing schedule.
