Shift Lead/Director - Zaxby's

We are a fast growing company that is known for having seriously good hand-breaded chicken! We pride ourselves in offering amazing food with a smile that is guaranteed to leave customers smiling! We have 7 locations in the Metro Atlanta Area with an 8th opening by the end of year.

Available Roles:

• The Shift Leader has the responsibility of running day-to-day activities at the restaurant and ensuring that our personnel and our product is top notch. Compensation: $16 to $18 per hour.
• The Director has the responsibility of directing the daily operations of the restaurant as well as executing objectives in their respective areas of focus such as HR, People, Training, DT or Quality. Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour.

These roles will report directly to their store's respective General Manager. Candidates must have a flexible schedule with nights and weekends required. Candidates must have a prior understanding of FOH and BOH operations.
