Dairy Queen - Immediate Shift Lead Needed

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a crew during shifts
- Record keeping and assigning daily tasks
- Check in deliveries and maintain store tasks
- Manage deposits, drawers, and shift paperwork
- Supervise and train employees, assign positions, and provide guidance
- Make minor decisions regarding daily operations
- Ensure food preparation is complete and manage employee breaks and shift changes
- Complete shift summary reports
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience as a shift manager
- Ability to work standing for 8 hours and lift over 50 pounds
- Food safety certification or ServSafe certification
- Ability to work in a high-paced customer service environment
