Pay rate is up to $13 per hour with tips
Responsibilities:
- Blend delicious tasting smoothies
- Ensure guests' purpose is met when smoothies are ordered
- Greet and engage guests to provide a friendly experience
- Properly prep fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
- Perform opening and/or closing duties
- Perform store checklist tasks
- Show up on time and ready to work
- Assist in team member management throughout shifts
- Fulfill cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments
Essential Functions:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar retail customer service business
- Excellent communication skills, ability to give and receive feedback
- Must be extremely reliable
