Our Kitchen Shift Leaders/Managers should have a passion for developing others, as they will be tasked with leading the Kitchen Team Members, which are critical in providing quality, quick and excellent service and food to our guests. Job Responsibilities & Qualifications:
• Must possess great character
• Prior experience as a shift leader, supervisor, team leader, restaurant manager or assistant manager is preferred but not required
• Participating in the operational leadership activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Lead and encourage team to create an atmosphere of service
• Have the poise to manage stressful situations well
• Ensure the highest food quality and food safety standards
• Participate in the management of the flow of food process from inventory and ordering to the food being served to guests
• Assist in the training of new hires, setting the tone for a shift, and acting as a role model for the team
• Be a friendly and encouraging team player who is able to offer and receive instruction
• Have the ability to open and/or close the restaurant and lead shifts
• Count drawers and finalize the day financially
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Someone who is self-motivated and has exceptional time management skills
• Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence
• A “can-do” positive attitude!
