At Chick-fil-A, Operations Managers are responsible for assisting the management team in all aspects of shift management and ensuring that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. Operations Supervisors are responsible for managing assigned stations for an entire shift and opening and / or closing the restaurant.

Point University offers over 80 programs including Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and a limited amount of Master’s degree programs. Minimum Requirements
- Must be available to work 4 days a week. Friday and Saturday must be available
- Must be available to work 25 hours per week minimum
- Must be available to open or close the restaurant 4 days a week. Opening is 6AM and Closing crew is finished between 10:00PM-11:30PM depending on the day and closing time.
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know if you have a desire to serve others and build a team.
• You will be required to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, with excellent communication skills.
• You must have the ability to take initiative and possess skills for problem solving and conflict resolution.
• You also must be efficient and detail-oriented with a strong customer focus.
Requirements
- Minimum 16+ years old
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous leadership experience an asset but not required
