Job Title: Shift Leader

Reports To: General Manager/Assistant Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Compensation: $17.00 / 17.50 - $21.00 / hour (including tips)

This position may include working nights and/or weekends.

Summary: Responsible for supervising shifts ensuring superior quality of service. Communicates and provides direction to the team while interacting with guests and ensuring exceptional service.
