Responsibilities:
We are looking for purpose-driven Shift Leader to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Shift Leader you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle and help Team Members optimize their work. The successful applicant will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.
Qualifications:
- Experience in leadership, preferably in a quick service restaurant environment
- Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
- Lead the shift – manage the Team Members on shift with you.
- Oversee the cash drawer.
- Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
- Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
- Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
- Performs opening and/or closing duties.
- Performs store checklist tasks.
- Shows up on time and ready to work.
- Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in the food industry
- Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
- At least eighteen (18) years of age or older.
- Have open availability.
- Experience in a fast-food environment preferred
