Job Title: Shift Leader

Reports To: General Manager/Assistant Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 / hour (including tips)

Must be available to work nights and weekends (if necessary)

Summary: Responsible for supervising shifts ensuring superior quality of service. Communicates and provides direction to the team while interacting with guests and ensuring exceptional service.
