Shift Leader - Lim Dynasty Asia Cafe Inc

Seeking friendly, motivated individuals who like a fast paced yet laid back environment to join our team as a shift leader. Must be over the age of 18 to apply for this position. 

Duties include:

Opening and closing restaurant including counting drawers

Managing the crew on shift

Making sure that everything is done properly and all orders going out are correct

Handle customer complaints

Handle employee errors

Communicate with kitchen staff

Customer Service

Cash handling

Order taking via front lobby or Drive thru

Preparing Customer orders

Cleaning

Stocking

This is a very easy job in a laid back environment. We don't ask for much. Just show up, look presentable, do your job and don't cause problems. Reliable transportation and child care required.
