Manager Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Count drawers and finalize day
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- Be proficient in English to be able to effectively communicate with guests
- Driven to serve guests and team member with care
- Connects with the team in a healthy way to create unity
- Desire to grow and be developed
- Consistently steward the culture and brand of Chick-fil-A
- Partners with other leaders towards the common goal of making the world better
- Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
- Saturday availability
- Opening or closing availability
