Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Shift Leader to oversee daily operations at our express carwash. This role is essential in ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining high-quality service standards, and leading our team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of carwash staff during shifts.
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Provide training and support to new team members.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management and equipment maintenance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the carwash facility.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a service industry.
- Carwash experience is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
