What You'll Do:

• Oversee shift operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain production flow.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills.
• Collaborate with safety and quality teams to optimize performance.
• Take ownership of shift reports, documentation, and production records.

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience, ideally in cement manufacturing or blast furnace operations.
• A strong technical understanding of production processes and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
