Shift Supervisor
Salary Range: $22.00-$25.00/hr DOE
Full-Time, On-site

Our goal is to lead as a top rated and effective short-term residential program for adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, maladaptive behaviors, attachment, and mental health. Responsibilities:The Shift Supervisor is a core member of the Treatment Team. The mission of the Shift Supervisor is to ensure safety through adherence to all Policies and Procedures, and to support clients in all aspects of daily life, ensuring their needs are met. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for aligning with the Program Director in establishing and maintaining a positive staff culture at Embark. This position will be expected to develop their shift team to run their shift smoothly.
- Achieve alignment with Program Director on initiatives and goals for the Residential Program.
- Integrate Embark at Greeley culture, norms, and sustainable systems and processes for the long-haul.
- Facilitates the team to find practical solutions to problems.
- Encourages our staff to provide consistency to our clients.
- Implement and facilitate State required trainings.
- Collaborate with various work groups.
What do you bring to this position?
- 21+ years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D required; associates or bachelor's in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or related field a plus, but not a requirement!
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen in concordance with Colorado State laws
- Ability to pass federal and state background checks
- Current Colorado driver's license or ability to obtain a Colorado driver’s license upon hire
- QMAP preferred but not required
- Ability to perform CPR and First Aid
- Ability to apply provided training in safe verbal de-escalation and physical intervention
- Preferred - one year of experience working with adolescent populations
- Ability to plan, implement, and adjust to program or daily adjustments
- Ability to develop staff, lead a team and effectively demonstrate management duties
