About the Role:
As a Manufacturing Shift Supervisor with Tremron you are responsible for:
- Being Adaptable to the Needs of the Day
- Delegating Tasks to Your Teams
- Overseeing Manufacturing Production
- Training Team Members on How to Use Equipment and Safety Guidelines
- Reporting Any Safety Incidents/Lack of Cooperation to Management
- Detecting Defects in Machinery
- Adjusting and Set-Up Machinery According to Specification
- Meeting Quality Control Standards
- Determining Hiring, Firing, and Disciplinary Needs with Management
About You:
We Require:
- Conducting Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, PLC, and Conveyor System Diagnoses
- Conducting Root-Cause Analysis and Implementing Solutions
- (They also will have some experience in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Work, Management, and Be Aware of the Safety Procedures Needed to Conduct Themselves Ethically, in this Role.)
- Working in a dusty, climate-controlled, industrial environment
