Ship Fitter - LaborOne Staffing

• Expected Long-Term Project.

• 3-5 years of recent shipyard experience.
• Must be able to work any shift and overtime, if required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be DBIDS eligible.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.

• Welding, tacking, burning and scarfing.

• FCAW.

• 2F 3F 4F (VT test).
• Fillet testing shall take 1-2 hours.
• T Bar 12X4” 3/8” thick:
• ·2F 3F 4F (VT and Fracture test ).
• This takes average ship fitter of 1-2 days.
• Must comprehend written and verbal instructions (in English).
• Must be able to hear warning signals, read and comprehend safety instructions, regulations and warnings.
