Shipper/Packer Lead - Ladgov Corporation

• Location: Hines, Illinois
• Position Type: Full-time, First Shift (6:30 AM through 3:00 PM)
• Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic typing skills, PC computer skills, working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds when required; push or pull up to 150 pounds on a rolling cart or using a pallet jack.
• Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day administration of assigned operational area (production floor) and coordinate activities with other production areas.
  • Orient and train new contract shippers/packers and assist with evaluating performance.
  • Ensure correct packing procedures are followed and correct parcels that are packed incorrectly.
  • Assist with administrative/records management to maintain required records on staff background investigations, training, and reporting.
