Overview:
Shipping Clerks are responsible to verify inventory that is produced by production, take care of customers through the order fulfillment process and work with vendors such as UPS & FedEx for Shipping inquiries. They also help with general recieving duties such as inventory counts, unloading trucks and more!
Pay: $14.00-$18.00/hr based on experience.
Training: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
Shift available: Tuesday-Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm

What you can expect if you are selected:
- Manage and process shipping tasks related to customer orders.
- Utilize the internal operating system to manage and track materials effectively.
- Process freight shipments for orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Handle the shipping of online digital orders by following outlined procedures.
- Receive incoming outsourced products and handle their shipping accordingly.
- Process and package orders for shipment, including both freight and small parcel.
- Navigate aisles, rows, and shelves to organize and maintain inventory using forklifts, stand-up lifts, and pallet jacks.
- Count and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and defects. Report discrepancies or quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized at all times.
- Strictly adhere to all department safety practices.
- Follow established procedures and processes diligently.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
