Shipping Clerk - Adept HR

We are looking for a Shipping Clerk
Company located in the city of Commerce, CA

Receives, sorts, reviews, and approves freight invoices from various freight vendors. Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. Works directly with the accounting department to ensure freight invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner while adhering to departments procedures.

Must have 2 or more years related experience. Bilingual English and basic/conversational Spanish preferred. Must be detail oriented with excellent follow-through skills. Ability to prioritize, solve problems and work in a fast paced, high volume, environment with minimal supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

$20.00 per hour, weekly pay, direct deposit available
2:15pm-10:45pm, 8 hour shift, Monday-Friday
