What You Will Do:
- Complete all ship/confirm transactions into SAP in a timely manner
- Utilize online resources for receiving pallets
- Communicate with carriers to coordinate loads for internal/external customers, respond to requests for shipment tracking, and relay any delays
- PGI completed ship orders, printing BOL’s, invoices, and other shipping documents as necessary
- Enter all receiving transactions into SAP in an accurate and timely manner
- Compile data for management analysis on an as needed basis
- Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies via research in SAP
- Maintain files for shipping and receiving daily.
- Prepare necessary backorder and/or other communications to internal and external customers on an as needed basis (order status, timing, etc.).
- Pull, Audit, and/or receive orders as necessary as directed by Shift Leaders.
Position Details:
- Plant location: High Point, NC
- Weekend shift: Fri-Sun 6AM - 6PM or Fri-Sun 6PM - 6AM
- Weekday shift: Mon-Fri 6AM -2:30PM
- Compensation: $23 / hour
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in shipping , receiving, or inventory control
- 1 year stand up forklift operating experience
- 1 year experience with warehouse management software
- No immigration sponsorship offered for this role
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with SAP
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
