FULL DESCRIPTION: Our client is seeking a diligent and organized Shipping Clerk with additional responsibilities for maintaining cleanliness and order in the office. This dual-role position supports both the logistics and office maintenance needs to ensure a productive, well-kept workplace.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Wipe down the kitchen area daily to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean the refrigerator and ensure food items are organized weekly.
- Wipe down glass surfaces in the office when needed.
- Keep main office areas neat, organized, and clean for a welcoming environment.
- Assist with ordering office supplies as necessary, tracking inventory of supplies and reordering as needed.
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Experience with FedEx/UPS shipping processes is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry, shipping, or logistics preferred.
- Basic computer skills for shipping data entry and inventory tracking.
- Ability to perform light physical tasks, including lifting packages up to [weight limit, e.g., 15 lbs.].
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, dependable, and comfortable balancing shipping duties with maintaining a clean, organized office environment
Salary Range: $22-$27/hr
