Shipping Coordinator - Masiello Employment Services

Our client company in Peterborough is looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join their small but growing team!

Your qualifications for the Shipping Coordinator position:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• 1+ year relevant experience
• Shipping and warehouse experience required
• Forklift experience
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Good verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask with multiple shifting priorities
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve organizational goals
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must be able to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 50 pounds frequently

As the Shipping Coordinator your benefits will include:

• Temp to Hire position
• Full Time Monday – Friday 7am-4pm schedule
• Pay based on skills and experience

Your duties as the Shipping Coordinator:

• Pick and prepare orders for shipment
• Process shipments and necessary documentation
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory
• Operate forklift/pallet jack
• Follow safety policies and maintain neat and clean work area
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure warranty/returns are processed appropriately
• Support production and warehouse as needed
• Other duties as required
