Shipping and Receiving Associate at Adecco USA

Adecco is seeking an entry level Shipping and Receiving Associate for a client in Lyons, NY. Available Shifts: 

• 1st Shift 7:00am – 3:30pm ($19-$20/hour) 

Responsibilities: 

• Some assembly work 

• Passivating stainless steel weldments 

• Quality Control (checking fabricated parts to prints, using measuring tools) 

• Occasional cleaning/housekeeping (emptying garbage cans in shop portion of building, organizing shipping and receiving area, cleaning trucks) 

• Boxing and palletizing parts for shipment 

• Receiving parts and checking for order accuracy 

• Unloading and loading trucks with use of forklift, pallet jacks, and crane 

• Local deliveries (CDL not required, but would be a plus) 

• Communicate with internal departments regarding shipping and receiving items 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. 

• Must have experience using various measuring tools (tape measure, etc.) 

• Must be experienced with using hand tools (drilling, tapping, and grinding) 

• Must have experience reading blueprints/drawings 

• Must have a valid Driver’s License

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
