Shipping and Receiving Clerk at Nesco Resource

Take charge of administrative tasks related to shipping and receiving, following our established procedures.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Preferred: 2 years of shipping/receiving experience and familiarity with office equipment, Microsoft Word, Access, Visual, and ASN

• Adhere to plant safety rules
• Manage packaging work orders and slips
• Process bills of lading and create manifests online
• Coordinate with trucking services for shipping
• Update work order schedules based on customer inputs
• Assist in locating parts for shipping and stocking
• Verify received materials with purchase orders and slips
• Ensure daily shipping needs are met
• Maintain cleanliness of the Shipping/Receiving Office
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor

• Knowledge of the Manufacturing Industry
• Attention to detail with excellent hand/eye coordination
• Basic understanding of federal and state regulations (OSHA, EPA)
• Strong time management skills
• Maintain a neat work area to prevent hazards
• Conform to company policies and OSHA standards
• Willingness to train and expand knowledge

• Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm  or 7am-3:30pm
• $15 to $16 per hour
