We understand the vital role a Shipping & Receiving Clerk plays in the warehouse environment to ensure productivity goals are met, which is why we invite you to today! We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerk to join a manufacturing team for a temp-to-hire position. This associate would operate material handling equipment to ensure the accurate and timely processing of shipments and inventory.
salary: $20.99 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will operate material handling equipment at times. This associate is responsible for ensuring all orders are accurate, verifying inventory received, material handling, palletizing, labeling pallets, and wrapping pallets. In this role you must maintain a clean work environment, follow Good Manufacturing Practices and inventory processes.
The essential functions of this role include:
+ working in a smoke free environment
+ wearing steel toe shoes
+ manual lifting up to 50lbs
Skills
+ Sit Down Forklifts (2 years of experience is required)
Qualifications
+ Years of experience: 2 years
+ Experience level: Experienced
