Shipping & Receiving Clerk:

POSITION SUMMARY : Primarily responsible for the proper boxing of finished product, accessories and related products for worldwide shipment. Responsible for compliance to Quality Systems Regulation (QSR).

PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for knowing the proper methods and procedures to disassemble and package accessories and related products.
• Responsible for reading finished product work orders to verify: Proper product and all order accessories are included for shipment.
• May be required to obtain forklift operators certification.
• Responsible for reporting on a variety of matters such as scrap, safety, training, attendance, purchase orders, etc.
• Participates in a self-managed team.  Assumes specific responsibilities on a rotating basis for activities/items such as team representative, team indicators, team meeting minutes, etc.
• Responsible for following all applicable safety/housekeeping guidelines. Performs necessary preventative maintenance.
• Responsible for following all CTPAT rules and regulations.                          
• May work on special projects and work in other Materials areas as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Computer knowledge preferred.

First, Second and Third shifts available in Fresno & Madera

Pay $16-$18/hour.
