Artisan Dental Laboratory is seeking a full-time Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team! Previous experience is not necessary. We will train you to be successful here at Artisan!
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide a key role in the shipping and receiving of dental appliances.
HOURS: 9:30am – 5:30pm Monday - Friday
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Open and disinfect cases
- Maintain log of incoming cases
- Use proper procedures for case wrapping and shipping
- Prepare shipments through UPS, FedEx, USPS
- Use postal machine
- Meet shipping deadlines
- Prepare, maintain and reorder shipping supplies as needed
- Maintain adequate postage for metered mail
- Manage confidential client and patient documentation
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task and pay attention to detail
- Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance
- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
- Displays excellent communication skills and has the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Respectfully takes direction from manager
- Follow HIPPA guidelines
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- A positive attitude
- Excellent customer service
- Basic Computer literacy
- Able to complete tasks on time

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $20-21/hour depending on experience.
