Responsibilities
- Assist with import and export duties
- Assist with receiving items
- Creating bills of lading
packing lists
and other shipping documents for all shipments
- Creating and updating receiving reports through Excel and Oracle
- Load and unload trailers.
Desired Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent/ Associate degree or better preferred
- Forklift experience preferred but not required.
- Previous experience with 3PL organizations
- Previous exposure to logistics and transportation processes and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle
- Knowledgeable of good safety practices and quality standards

Work Environment
- Must be able and comfortable to work in a heavy-industrial environment
- Must be able to walk to work locations 100% of the time
- Must be able to frequently bend

kneel and reach below/above shoulders
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Regularly required to stand
walk
talk
see
hear
reach
bend
and stoop. When receiving parcel shipments may need to lift up to 60 lbs
