About the Job
i3 is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to perform a variety of duties. This position will be located primarily at the i3 Integration Facility located in Huntsville, AL.
## Responsibilities
- Receive and distribute packages
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or defects
- Verify packages according to order and invoices
- Maintain documentation of all incoming and outgoing inventory
- Determine the best method of packing products to ensure adequate product protection during transit
- Coordinate with carriers or transportation services to schedule and load outgoing shipments
- Assist with inventory control
- Loads and unloads trailers and pallets efficiently and safely
- Assist the Government Property Point of Contact (POC) as necessary
- Performs other related duties as assigned
## Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
- Prior warehouse, shipping, and/or distribution experience
- Data entry experience required
- Outlook email proficiency required
- Prior experience using forklifts and pallet jacks is preferred
- U. S. Citizenship is required
Knowledge/Skills
- Knowledge of office administration and procedures
- Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver feedback clearly and tactfully
- Interact with a diverse array of customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner

- Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
