Who You Are

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, shipping and receiving, or automotive-related field.
• Certification in Forklift operation is also necessary, but will provide training and certification if not currently possessed. 
• Valid driver's license required to operate company vehicles.
• Able to perform all physical requirements of position.
• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.

What You'll Do  

• Receive shipments of parts and supplies according to established procedures, accurately comparing received shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Perform inspection of incoming and outgoing parts for quality control (take photos and record notes as appropriate).
• Properly log and receive shipments in appropriate software programs, when required.
• Make accurate and timely notification of shipments to the appropriate employees and departments.
• Timely delivery of parts to technicians.
• Coordinate pick up and delivery to third party vendors.
• Utilizing company vehicles, perform local deliveries or local pick-up of various materials or supplies.
• Deliver to the appropriate locations and ensure appropriate documentation is accurately completed and delivered as required.
• Dispose of unneeded packaging materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment
