We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Technician to join our Operations team at WithMe, Inc. in Chicago. You'll be the backbone of our shipping and receiving process-moving, packing, and managing inventory with precision, while ensuring everything runs smoothly. If you love working with your hands, tackling challenges, and want to grow with an innovative company, this is the job for you!

What You'll Do:

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments-printers, coffee products, and more
• Handle 70 lb. printers and use equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts
• Assist in delivering products to clients
• Keep inventory organized and ensure our warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine
• Work alongside our Shipping & Receiving Tech to maintain product quality
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

What You'll Need:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/squat regularly
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions, read work orders, and manage stock levels
• Great communication skills-you'll be interacting with internal teams and external clients
• Problem-solving mindset, ready to jump into action
