Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Associate at TemPositions Logistics

About the Job
We are looking for a high-energy and dedicated individual to join our Logistics Team! In this role, the Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate will work with our Logistics Manager and team to: (a) prepare orders for shipping and receive in new shipments, (b) repacking and labeling of products (c) prepare sample material requests.
?Job Responsibilities:
- Physically receive, organize and document incoming and outgoing material
- Prepare large pallet, and small package orders for shipment
- Pack sample material in accordance with all GMP/FDA guidelines
- Help manage inventory planning. Provide support to Logistics and Sales teams by maintaining appropriate communication between departments
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Communicate effectively with team members to mitigate potential logistical and supply issues
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by other departments or upper management as needed
- Shift time 9am-6pm

- Positive attitude and proactive approach are a must
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Must be able to manage several projects/tasks concurrently
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
?Preferred
- 1-2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
- OSHA trained and forklift licensed
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and processes a plus
