Summary
Responsible for packaging and shipping of all products from the factory to our suppliers and customers by performing the following duties.

Responsible for packaging and shipping of all products from the factory to our suppliers and customers by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Package and clean parts in appropriate packaging per specifications
- Create and apply labels as required
- Manages raw material and critical supply inventories, including maintenance and cleaning of inventory area, inventory organization and racking, inventory cycle counting and reporting,
- Provide customer inquiries with coordinating inventory and shipping details.
- Create purchase orders, receive purchase orders, scan job cards, route material to the next operation laser etch, tube tools, and label tubes
- Review and ensure paperwork is complete and accurate
- Store parts into shipping containers using appropriate packaging
- Ensure quantities and paper work is correct
- Ensure parts are packaged safely and neatly organized
- Prepare shipping documentation using our computer systems
- Maintain appropriate levels of all shipping supplies
- Accurately complete all required paperwork
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Abide by and support all safety and quality system requirements
- Promote and live company culture.

Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Microsoft Office knowledge
