Shipping Supervisor Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM, with rotating Saturdays 8 AM - 2 PM
- Pay Rate: $30,000 - $50,000 per year
- Paid Weekly!
- Medical Benefits Available!
- Train, assign, schedule, coach, and discipline employees
- Communicate job expectations and adhere to policies and procedures
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer service standards
- 80% of the role involves computer work, including email, billing, routing on customer portals, and rate shopping; 20% is spent in the warehouse managing office operations
MUST HAVE experience in Retail Customer Routing and Compliance Manuals
- Capability to lift and move over 70 lbs unassisted
- At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisor or similar role
- Experience with retail customer routing and compliance guides; e-commerce fulfillment experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to interact with employees at all levels
