Shop Foreman - NNW, INC

Job Summary:

• The Shop Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all operations within the shop at the location in McNeill, MS, ensuring that all equipment and employees are running efficiently and effectively. The McNeill shop supports the Gulf of Mexico (GOM) and international job operations.

Shop Foreman Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee shop staff and equipment; Ensure that all operations are being carried out in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Ensure that production is running efficiently and that all materials and products meet quality standards. 
• Monitor the progress of projects and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Implement new processes and procedures as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of operations. 
• Store, manage, and track company documents. 
• Scan, organize, and maintain documents, adhering to the company's documents lifecycle procedures.
• Control the retrieval of documents.
• Train employees on records management procedures and policies. 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• at least one year's experience as a shop foreman or similar
• Proficiency is MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
• A great understanding of work optimization techniques
• Good knowledge of the applicable safety regulations and procedures  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• Good time management and problem-solving skills
• A willingness to work long hours and overtime, if needed 
• Knowledge and experience with oilfield equipment is preferred
